Colin James  

With 21 studio albums, 8 JUNO Awards, 31 Maple Blues Awards, and multiple platinum records, Colin James remains one of Canada’s most enduring and versatile blues-rock artists. His latest album, Chasing the Sun, co-produced with Colin Linden, features standout guests like Lucinda Williams, Darryl Jones, Charley Drayton, Charlie Musselwhite, and the McCrary Sisters. Since his record-breaking 1988 debut and early hits such as “Voodoo Thing,” “Five Long Years,” and “Just Came Back,” he has built a career rich with highlights, from jump-starting the swing revival with his Little Big Band to earning international blues accolades for Blue Highways. Over more than 35 years, James has collaborated with icons including Bonnie Raitt, Albert Collins, Robert Cray, Keith Richards, Mavis Staples, and Buddy Guy, cementing his reputation as a consummate professional, superb guitarist, and beloved touring artist who continues to find joy in making music. 

 

Matt Andersen  

Matt Andersen is a powerhouse performer who brings a lifetime of music to every note he plays. His latest album, The Hammer & The Rose, showcases a tender blend of folk and soul, reflecting a songwriter grounded in the things that matter most. With decades spent honing his craft in clubs, bars, and theatres around the world, Andersen pairs remarkable stage presence with meticulous studio work, earning over 33 million Spotify streams and 30 million YouTube views. He has headlined major festivals across North America, Europe, and Australia, toured with artists like Marcus King, Beth Hart, Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Greg Allman, and garnered numerous accolades, including two European Blues Awards, multiple Maple Blues Awards, and the 2010 International Blues Challenge solo title. Most recently, his project Matt Andersen & The Big Bottle of Joy received a 2024 JUNO Award nomination. 

 

Terra Lightfoot 

To describe pop songsmith, guitarist and vocalist Terra Lightfoot’s decade-plus musical evolution as astonishing is an understatement. On top of a pair of JUNO nominations and pair of long-list Polaris nods, her marathon tours have touched down in eight countries across four continents (including support slots for Bruce Cockburn, Blue Rodeo, Toad the Wet Sprocket, The Sheepdogs, and Willie Nelson). Her new album, Healing Power delivers the peerless pop-rock album that fans have long known she’s always had in her, a prismatic tour de force from the charismatic rocker.
