Full Season Subscription Package Terms & Conditions
You may exchange your tickets from one performance into another existing performance as available.
No exchanges allowed 24 hours prior to performance.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging into a higher-value ticket. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacement tickets for missed performances.
If exchanging into a more expensive performance or seating section, you will need to pay the difference in ticket price.
ECA Special Engagements may not be eligible for early access, discount or exchange.
No Season Subscription refunds.
Your selected seats will be held for two weeks after a special engagement goes on sale, and will be released if you do not purchase within this time frame.
Full Season subscriptions will go off-sale September 8, 2025.
No shows within a subscription may be refunded individually.
Shows within subscription are subject to change based on artist’s tour schedule, and ECA is not responsible for these potential changes/cancellations.
Additional discounts may not be added on top of a subscription discount (student, military, etc.).
Discounts are off the price of the face ticket value. Our historic building preservation fee and processing fee are not eligible for discount.
ECA reserves the right to retain a percentage of seats for single ticket sales in each performance.
Build Your Own Subscription Package Terms & Conditions
Your Build Your Own Show Subscription is eligible for up to 2 show exchanges, or swaps for other ECA-presented events. (Excluding ECA Special Engagements)

Once a show sells out, or a certain price level sells out, it will not be eligible to add to your Build Your Own Subscription.
You may add on additional shows immediately after subscribing.
